"In 1979, I went for the Sunday Times Magazine to Ecuador where I did a photo essay in the Andes. I met a child who was an albino - I gave him my sunglasses. When I arrived in the centre of the village it was full of albinos and I only had one pair of sunglasses left. It was an experience of a life-time."
